Forest nursery

This year LESCUS is expanding the area of forest nurseries from the existing 12 hectares to 19 hectares.
The production of our forest nursery is about 2 mil pcs. of forest tree plants annually.
98% plants are bare root plants and 2% are root ball plants.

Species composition of production:

• spruce
• fir
• pine
• other conifers
• beech
• oak
• maple
• other broadleaves

In order to meet the requirements of our customers, with regard to potential transfer of planting forest trees in the CR, we have started to cultivate material in following natural forest areas:
3,10,16,23,29,30,33,38,40
We generally cover forestry vegetation level 1-6.
